What Happens Next?

We will check the status of your order and determine whether it can still be cancelled.

If the order has not entered the fulfilment or shipping process, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

If the order has already shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible before delivery. In that case, you may be able to return the product under our Refund & Returns Policy.

If a cancellation is successfully processed after payment has been received, the applicable refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
